Husband and I had a wonderful time! Everything about our vacation was perfect!! The amazing room, great view and a great breakfast every morning in the Hot Tin Roof restaurant made for a perfect and extremely relaxing vacation!!

This hotel is significantly overpriced—a common issue in tourist destinations like Key West—but that doesn't make it any less disappointing. Our experience was marred by construction that took away from what should have been a memorable celebration. The unpleasant odor of garbage on the way to the relocated lobby was quite off-putting. We chose this hotel to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and even informed the staff in advance; still, we received no special acknowledgment or complimentary offerings until I mentioned it. As my husband and I don't drink, a bottle of champagne was of little value to us. We did appreciate receiving a complimentary breakfast to mark our milestone, and while the hotel did waive the exorbitant resort fee, it feels excessive that there’s a charge for practically everything. At this rate, I wouldn’t be surprised if they started charging for guests to walk through the lobby! Moreover, it would be great if they could provide four small coffee creamers for two guests instead of just three. After all, no one wants to sip on coffee that suffers from curdled milk! With a few improvements and genuine customer care, this hotel could truly enhance the experience for its guests.

The hotel is quaint and feels personal, but with more amenities than a BnB. We stayed for part of our honeymoon and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Breakfast can be pre-ordered and sent to the room at your selected time. Super comfortable bed, amazing rain shower bathroom shower, beautiful sunset view feom the balcony. Yoga mat in the room to use. Sunset Pier restaurant on site was not good food, but the live bands were great.

This is the place to go and relax with your significant other. The staff is extremely nice and rooms are worth the dollars spent. The bathrooms and beds were the wow factor. Super comfy bed and sheets.

Outstanding staff, spectacular view, very convenient location. Key West has been our go-to location for 33 years, scenery, history and offshore boat racing. Many excellent restaurants. Great drive through the Keys or easy ferry cruise from Ft Myers. Never disappointed.

My stay at Ocean Key was absolutely wonderful! The location and view was unmatched. The staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating. The team does an amazing job welcoming guests in. The location is perfect with activities and restaurants being easily walkable.

Zuvorderst in Key West mit perfekter Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang, wenn man ein entsprechenderes Zimmer mit Oceanfront bucht, was zu empfehlen ist. Zimmer sind modern und haben eine angenehme Grösse. Sehr guter Service und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Poolbereich ist sehr sehr klein. Restaurant Hot Tin Roof ist ausgezeichnet. Rechtzeitig reservieren, damit man einen Platz auf der Terrasse bekommt. Das Hotel ist teuer, aber man bleibt ja nur eine kurze Zeit dort.
